As a BDM at ParagonCare, an ASX listed company ($3.6B) with 1200 employees, you will manage the NSW/ACT territory and contribute to the growth of our Surgical Urology division. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and facilities, expanding our customer base, and driving business growth within this vital industry.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high-quality service and support
- Seek out new business opportunities within the Hospital market to drive growth
- Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales and margin targets for your assigned territory
- Regularly report progress and update your Territory Plan to ensure success
- Engage in marketing campaigns, industry events and national account activities
- Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with the team

About you

- Proven commercial success within the operating theatre setting and a strong track record of achieving targets, ideally within the Urology field
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Commercial experience in healthcare sector across key stakeholders (e.g. Surgeons, NUM's, Procurement)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel and other computer skills
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
