We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous automotive parts experience who is looking to take the next step in their career - or someone with a genuine interest in the automotive industry who is keen to learn and develop their skills.

n

Working as part of our parts team, you will be responsible for helping customers and our workshop team find the right parts and providing friendly, efficient service.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

n

- Identifying and sourcing automotive parts
n
- Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries
n




- Preparing parts orders and quotes
n
- Liaising with suppliers and the workshop
n
- Receiving, checking and organising stock
n
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
n
- Providing excellent customer service
n

We are looking for someone who is

- Friendly, reliable and well presented

- Customer-focused with good communication skills

- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- A team player with a positive attitude
n
- Computer literate and willing to learn
n
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but not essential
n

Automotive knowledge, dealership experience or a genuine passion for cars will be highly regarded. Full training and support will be provided to the right person.
