About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to guide their warehouse operations in Queenstown . You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. This role requires solid leadership skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations . You will play a critical role in motivating your team, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to the overall success of the logistics function within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
n
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, and shipping.
n
- Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed by the team.
n
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and training.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient space utilization.
n




- Collaborate with management to achieve warehouse operational goals and deadlines.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.
n
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations , including inventory management and order fulfillment.
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
n
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
