- Experience in Japanese cuisine preferred

- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

Your duties will include:

- Cutting meat and preparing ingredients for cooking
n
- Executing recipes
n
- Receiving and storage of stockAdhering to OH&S; regulations and procedures
n
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe workplace
n
- Working cohesively in a kitchen team
