Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels
n
- Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments accurately and efficiently
n
- Communicate guest special requests
n
- Assist in resolving guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions, identifying upselling opportunities
n




- Support Reservations and Front Desk operations as required
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in reservations, reception, or a customer-facing hospitality role
n
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
n
- Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
n
- Availability to work a part-time roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
