Job Description
We're looking for an experienced marketer who knows how to make brands show up - online and in person.
n
You'll take the lead on paid advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, while coordinating and delivering events and activations that bring brands to life in the real world.
n
One day you might be deep in Meta Ads Manager optimising a campaign. The next, you're working through the run sheet for an event, liaising with suppliers or representing whiskk alongside a client.
n
It's the perfect combination of digital performance and real-world brand experiences.
n
This is not a junior role.
n
You'll need to be analytical, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to take ownership, make recommendations and keep clients in the loop.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Lead the planning and delivery of client events, activations and digital campaigns
n
- Develop, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
n
- Turn client objectives into smart, considered campaign strategies
n
- Keep a close eye on performance, budgets and opportunities to optimise
n
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for clients
n
- Coordinate the moving parts of events, timelines, suppliers, promotion, logistics and delivery
n
- Work with team whiskk to connect creative brand thinking with measurable marketing outcomes
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
n
- Get out from behind the screen and represent whiskk and our clients at local events
n
- Take ownership of your projects and keep things moving, without needing someone looking over your shoulder
n
n
About you
n
You've got 3 - 5+ years of marketing experience under your belt and you're ready to own your space.
n
You know paid advertising inside and out, but you're not someone who wants to spend every day staring at Ads Manager.
n
You're just as comfortable talking strategy with a client, meeting someone new at an event or getting stuck into the details to make sure everything comes together.
n
You'll bring
n
n
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads, with LinkedIn Ads experience a bonus
n
- A solid understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, optimisation and reporting
n
- Strong project management skills and serious attention to detail
n
- Confidence communicating directly with clients
n
- Commercial thinking - you understand that marketing needs to do more than look good
n
- The ability to juggle multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines
n
- Initiative, accountability and the confidence to make things happen
n
- A collaborative approach... autonomous doesn't mean working in a silo
n
- Most importantly, you're a good human who likes doing great work with positive people.
n
n
This is a permanent part-time role of approximately 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow and evolve for the right human.
