About the Role

Ringwood Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Acute Medical/Surgical Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high‐quality patient care to join our established nursing team. This position sits within our Medical/Surgical Ward.

Location: Ringwood, Victoria

n

Contract: Full‐time (Permanent) and part‐time (0.8 FTE) positions available.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide evidence based nursing care
n
- Liaise with the multi‐disciplinary team
n
- Ensure patient and staff safety
n
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end‐of‐life needs
n
- Maintain current registration with AHPRA
n
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
n
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
n
- Sound clinical decision making and problem‐solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Work independently and within a team
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Specialty nursing experience (desired)
n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in an Acute Hospital setting
n
- Working with Children Check
n

- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
n
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
n

Salary

n

Remuneration based on years of relevant registered nursing experience, aligned with Healthscope and VICNMA/ANMF – VIC Nurse and Midwives – Enterprise Agreement 2022. Salary range from $- $ per hour.

Contract Type & Working Hours

Full‐time (Standard 38hr week) or part‐time (0.8 FTE). Fixed term until 31/12/2027.

Qualifications

- Current registration with AHPRA
