- A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, with the drive and confidence to support your team in achieving shared goals.
- Strong communication,organisationand time management skills, with the ability to create clarity and connection in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A natural ability to inspire those around you, withprevious store management,team leadership or key holder experience is highly regarded.
- A curiosity for tea and a desire to grow your product knowledge, becoming a passionate T2 brand ambassador.
