Based in Greenbank in Brisbane's southwest, we're a small team experiencing continued growth. We're now seeking an experienced Pallet Controller to join us in a full-time, office-based role. Full training in our processes and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of client accounts day to day,



working closely with both our clients and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Entering pallet movements and dockets accurately

- Reconciling CHEP and Loscam invoices

- Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation reports

- Investigating and resolving pallet rejections and discrepancies

- Preparing and distributing discrepancy reports

- Liaising with clients and trading partners to ensure pallet processes are followed

- Coordinating pallet recovery

- Assisting with onboarding new accounts

- General office duties as required

About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience in pallet control, with a sound understanding of pallet control principles

- Extensive experience using MyCHEP and Loscam Online (experience with other platforms such as 2ic or Pallet Watch is desirable but not essential)

- Highly analytical and methodical, with a keen eye for detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities

- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- A positive, can-do attitude
