Help shape winning tenders for innovative energy and electrical infrastructure projects.

We are seeking a Bid & Technical Proposal Specialist to support and, where required, lead the development of high-quality tenders and submissions. The role will focus primarily on EPC opportunities involving BESS, SAPS and microgrids, while also supporting our Services business where required.

About The Role:

- Review tender documentation and establish submission requirements, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Coordinate tender inputs across engineering, estimating, procurement, project delivery, HSE, quality, commercial and legal stakeholders.
- Draft and edit technical methodologies, execution plans, capability content and other non-price submission material.
- Maintain compliance schedules, tender plans, document registers and submission checklists.
- Coordinate review cycles, approvals,



version control and final submission production.
- Ensure proposals are clear, compliant, accurate, persuasive and aligned with the proposed technical and commercial solution.
- Maintain and improve tender templates, case studies, project sheets, CVs and reusable content.

About You:

- Experience preparing or coordinating complex tenders, bids, proposals or expressions of interest.
- Solid technical writing, editing and document-development skills.
- An electrical engineering, renewable energy or related qualification is highly regarded, although equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, EPC or technical services environments is desirable.
- Knowledge of BESS, SAPS, microgrids or renewable energy projects will be well regarded.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
