Finance Business Partner (Aged Care & Community Aged Care)

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, the Finance Business Partner – Aged Care will provide commercial finance support to Carinity's Aged Care division, encompassing both Residential Aged Care and Support at Home services.
Working closely with operational leaders, the role is responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to support informed decision-making and achieve organisational objectives.
As a key member of the Finance team, the Finance Business Partner will develop strong collaborative relationships across the organisation,
partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement and enhance financial performance.
What do I need?
- Tertiary Qualification/s in Finance, Business Accounting, or similar relevant discipline
- Skilled Accounting Qualifications (CPA or CA)
- Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Not for profit of aged care experience is desirable but not essential
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build effective stakeholder relationships
