St Francis Flexible School Hobart and Wynyard seeks a Director of Wellbeing for the North West Campus (Wynyard) to lead student wellbeing, engagement and pastoral care for Years 7–10 in 2027, expanding to Years 11–12 from 2028. This is a 1.0 FTE role with a 0.5 teaching load, based at the recent campus opening in 2027.
You will establish campus systems, coordinate supports, and align with the Flexi Practice Framework, prioritising attendance, engagement and trauma-informed learning.
