About us

We're an established franchise group operating across Australia and Recent Zealand. We're growing our Sydney region and need someone to drive it.

The role

You’ll sell cleaning franchises to people looking to start their own business. Leads are inbound enquiries, so there's no cold calling. You'll qualify, meet, present and close using our proven sales process.

Unlike most BDM roles, your job doesn't stop at the sale. You'll help your new franchisees get established:

onboarding them

quoting residential and NDIS cleaning work

winning and allocating work so they're earning quickly

Their success is your success, and it's how your incentives are earned.

You'll be based in Parramatta, with regular travel across Sydney for sales meetings and onsite quotes.

What you'll earn

- $100,000 base salary + 12% super
- Company vehicle with reasonable personal use




- Incentives of up to $1,350 for every franchise sold and established
- At target (around 2 sales per month once established), incentives are worth $30k+ a year on top of base

Where it leads

This role is the pathway to Regional Manager - Sydney. At [15/20] successfully established franchises you'll be formally assessed for promotion.

You’ll suit this if

A proven track record selling consultative, higher-value products or services, ideally $15k+. Examples: franchise, education/course, life or business insurance, real estate, or home improvement sales.

The discipline to follow a proven system and keep your CRM accurate every day.

The ability to build trust quickly and handle objections without pressure-selling.

The drive to be measured on results and to progress into management.

A full driver's licence and the right to work in Australia.

You need constant direction, or prefer to do things your own way over following a system that works.
