Armaguard is seeking a Monitoring Support Officer for ATM services in Sydney to monitor ATMs under service agreements and act as the primary contact for clients when issues arise. You will coordinate with field staff and ensure timely problem resolution while maintaining service quality.

The role requires solid problem-solving abilities, a proactive, relationship-building mindset and solid technical acumen. Rotating roster included.
