About The Role

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll be one of the friendly faces our customers turn to for help with their everyday banking needs.

You’ll

- Get to know our customers and understand what they need
- Help with a range of everyday banking enquiries
- Support customers to confidently use our digital and self-service banking options
- Work across different channels and contribute to the smooth running of the Advice Centre
- Build your knowledge and skills while creating positive customer experiences

This is a full-time position,



working 40 hours per week on a rostered basis Monday to Sunday, based at our St Lukes Advice Centre.
