The Sil Company in Recent South Wales seeks a Home & Living Service Delivery Manager to oversee SIL and Drop-In Services. You will ensure participant supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with NDIS Practice Standards.

Lead workforce management, ROC, on-call support, and financial sustainability with a focus on risk, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a Diploma in Disability and NDIS experience in NSW.
