What you’ll do:

- Create and execute targeted CRM and loyalty campaigns that connect customers to the brands they love.




- Build and optimise customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — using segmentation, triggers, and automation to deliver the right message at the right time.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to deliver seamless and impactful campaigns.
- Champion data accuracy and privacy, ensuring all customer interactions are compliant and trustworthy.
- Analyse results and share insights that drive continuous improvement and smarter marketing decisions.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role (or transferable experience).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work independently.
- Confidence working with customer data, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of CRM best practices, data privacy, and digital marketing.
- A curious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in CRM and marketing technology.
