The Role:

- Provide day-to-day project and site administration support to the Site and Project Managers.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, including kick-off meetings,



site instructions, notices and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, returns and invoice verification.
- Liaise with consultants, authorities and statutory bodies regarding approvals, permits and certifications.
- Support project controls, including progress, variations, risks and project reporting.
- Assist with improving project systems, processes and overall project delivery.

About You:

- 2+ years’ local experience in a similar Project Coordinator / Administrator role within Class 2 residential projects.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Confident communicator with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Project; exposure to Jobpac, FieldView or Microsoft Teams would be advantageous.
