Harmony Australasia is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning & Analytics Advisor in Brisbane to provide regional governance of workforce planning, scheduling, and analytics. You will partner with operations, HR, Payroll, Camp and IT to ensure accurate demand, availability and time data, with a focus on Hidden Valley Mine.

You will translate mine plans into forecasts, manage rosters, own the CRU Rostering System, build dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to leaders in a hybrid Brisbane
