That gives you a solid foundation, experienced team and thousands of agents to work with from your first week. Your job is to activate them, keep them selling, and add to them.

The role

- Recruit, train and support agents, brokers, buyer's advocates and wealth groups to sell our house and land and off-the-plan stock.
- Work every deal with the agent through to contract and settlement.
- Prospect to bring in new listings from land developers,



builders and project developers.

What you earn

- Market leading commission splits.
- OTE $400,000+ in sales commission.

About you

- 5+ years in property or channel sales, with house and land experience.
- An existing network of agents, brokers or advisers.
