About the Role

n

As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for creating safe, engaging and well-structured yoga classes that support our members' strength, mobility, flexibility, recovery and overall wellbeing.

n

You will:

n

- Deliver high-quality, structured and engaging yoga classes
n
- Provide clear demonstrations and instructions throughout each session
n
- Ensure exercises and movements are performed safely and correctly
n
- Offer modifications and progressions for different experience levels
n
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and professional environment
n




- Apply strong knowledge of yoga principles and safe movement practices
n
- Monitor members and provide appropriate guidance and corrections
n
- Prepare the studio before each class
n
- Ensure equipment and the studio are clean and organised
n
- Start and finish classes on time
n
- Build positive relationships with members
n
- Contribute to the overall Level7 member experience
n
- Communicate professionally with members and the wider team
n
- Follow Level7 health, safety and operational procedures
n
- Maintain qualified presentation and conduct
n
- Promote a positive culture of respect, cleanliness and care
n

About You

n

We are looking for an experienced Yoga Instructor who is passionate about helping people improve their physical wellbeing, mobility, flexibility and recovery.

n

You will be confident leading a group and able to create an engaging and supportive experience for members of different abilities.

n

You will have:

n

n
- A recognised Yoga Instructor qualification
n
- Previous experience teaching yoga in a studio, gym or wellness environment
n
- Strong knowledge of yoga practices, movement and anatomy
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




- The ability to confidently lead and motivate a group
n
- A professional, reliable and punctual approach
n
- A warm, approachable and member-focused personality
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- A commitment to maintaining high standards
n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

n
- Recognised Yoga Instructor qualification
n
- Appropriate insurance and qualifications to teach yoga in Australia
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
n
