Randwick City Council, based in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, is seeking an Information Officer on a maximum term contract for 12 months to support service delivery across all Council services.

The role involves managing incoming electronic correspondence, triage, registering documents in the document management system, and maintaining customer records. A rotating roster for IM support tickets and assisting customers with Council online services are required.
