We're growing! The Chip Shop by Char Bar is still on the hunt for a motivated Manager to join our leadership team. You'll work alongside our current Manager, covering opposite shifts to ensure strong leadership and smooth operations across the week.

What you'll be doing

- Leading and supporting a fun, hardworking team on shift
n
- Cooking and leading in a quick-paced environment
n
- Managing daily operations, including staff, service, and customer experience
n
- Overseeing stock, ordering, and cash handling
n
- Ensuring food safety and workplace standards are met
n
- Working closely with the management team to deliver consistent results
n

What we're looking for

- Previous hospitality or management experience (fast food or quick service environments)
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A hands-on approach - you're not afraid to jump in where needed
n
- Ability to cook and work under pressure
n
- Organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet
n
- Someone who values teamwork and collaboration with other managers
