Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the window and façade industry, with a proven track record of successful sales.
- Demonstrated experience working with builders and architects, with an established industry network highly regarded.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent at building rapport quickly with potential new clients.
- Solid ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Capable of meeting KPI targets, including quotes, sales and quote-to-sale conversion rates.
- Skilled in managing and tracking client orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Proficient in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM records.
- Available for weekend showroom visits (Saturday and Sunday) by appointment.
- Car, laptop and phone.
- Competitive base salary with commission structure.
