Verse seeks an experienced Technical Lead to transform a Delphi ERP product into a up-to-date Java/React web platform. You will help define architecture, technical direction and the transformation roadmap with ~50% hands-on development.
You’ll lead four developers across local and offshore teams, drive system design, coordinate with contractors, and own technical planning and release management. A CTO-level path exists for the right person.
