Molong HealthOne General Practice – Molong NSW

We are looking for a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team, with a passion and knowledge of care planning. We are looking to employ somebody who can come in and hit the ground running, so previous General Practice experience is preferred for this role but not essential.

This role is available on a Permanent Part Time or Full Time basis. We are also open to Casual opportunities, depending on your preference.

What you will bring

Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties, including, but not limited to:

- Health Assessments
- Childhood Immunisations
- Cold Chain
- Wound Care Management
- Stock Management

You will also:

- Hold current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Be an Australian resident or have permanent work rights with no restrictions.
- Have the ability to work independently, but also be a reliable team player.




- Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Show enthusiasm and initiative with opportunities for quality improvement.
- Display empathy and understanding.
- Can prioritise tasks and manage time.
- Have solid written and verbal communication.
