Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior HSE Compliance Officer to lead site-wide health, safety and environmental compliance on a major bulk earthworks program in WA. The role operates hands-on across two projects, ensuring adherence to WHS standards and risk controls while engaging with site teams.
You will inspect, audit and investigate incidents, manage risk, and drive safety culture with supervisors and subcontractors on a 2:1 roster. FIFO/remote site experience is highly regarded.
