CommBox is hiring a Customer Success Manager for QLD/NT/WA, a hybrid CS and sales role based from the Queensland Experience Centre. You will guide customers from initial enquiry and demonstration through onboarding, adoption and renewal, driving expansion.

You will own regional inbound opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, manage a portfolio of customers, and champion the Education vertical with schools and partners to grow CommBox adoption.
