Job Description

Work with the sales and service teams to ensure that battery builds and maintenance and repair jobs are performed to the highest standard and as per specifications within the service job request.

In performing the builds and service work, identify potential current business opportunities and action where possible, or report back to the sales and service team.

n

Form productive and respectful relationships with all customers within your designated area whilst performing service, warranty and maintenance requests as directed.

n

What we ask for:

n
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role requiring technical aptitude. Experience with service of industrial batteries preferred but not essential.
n
- Formal qualifications in a related trade advantageous
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
