Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (Surgical) to join the Mackay Base Hospital's Division of Surgical Services on a permanent basis. The ADON will demonstrate advanced clinical management and oversee nursing care within surgical services.

You will lead policy formulation, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment with registration standards while supporting delivery of high quality patient care in a dynamic health setting.
