About the role

RATCH-Australia Corporation Limited is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Prepare annual statutory accounts and monthly management reporting

Oversee the preparation of month end reporting for corporate and development project entities.

Budgeting and forecasting for projects and corporate entities as part of the annual budget preparation.

Management of both external banking and intercompany loan arrangements, including ensuring compliance with undertakings and covenants.





Reviewing cashflow and liquidity forecasting management of term deposits

Corporate Tax compliance including assistance and liaison with RATCH Thailand on group matters.

Reviewing taxation returns including but not limited to:

income tax return

BAS

FBT return

Liaison with internal and external tax specialists

Management of qualified accountants, junior team members and oversight of accounts payable

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or CA qualification or international equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience

Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and/or tax experience acquired in an accounting firm or complex business environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
