- Location: This role is based in Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
- Clerk Grade: Level 11/12. Base salary $154,231 p.a. to $178,369 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

The agency supports the NSW Trustee, the Public Guardian and the Commissioner of Dormant Funds to carry out their statutory functions. We do this by providing a range of customer-centred services, including Will-making, trustee, financial management and guardianship services, including some for the state’s most vulnerable people.

About the team
The Estate Planning and Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee and Guardian’s commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates.

This is an exciting opportunity to join NSW Trustee and Guardian in a senior leadership role supporting services that make a meaningful difference to the people of NSW.





We are looking for a team-oriented, customer-focused leader who can build strong relationships, engage effectively with stakeholders and contribute to positive outcomes for our customers and communities.

This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:

- Provide senior leadership to support the delivery of Estate Planning and Administration services.
- Drive business development, stakeholder engagement and community education activities that promote the services provided by NSW Trustee and Guardian.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective engagement and collaboration.
- Champion customer-focused service delivery, ensuring the needs of customers and communities remain central to the work.
- Contribute to the broader strategic direction and outcomes of NSW Trustee and Guardian through collaborative leadership.

About you
You have extensive knowledge and experience in business development and stakeholder engagement and can turn strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes. Your skills will provide the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, influence and support others to achieve shared outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, stakeholder engagement or community education, with a focus on delivering positive customer and community outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic and innovative mindset,



identifying opportunities to strengthen services, engagement and organisational outcomes.
- A strong customer focus, with an understanding of how services can be delivered in ways that respond to customer and community needs.
- Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to navigate competing priorities in a complex environment.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to contributing positively to the broader objectives of the organisation.

- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in relevant disciplines and industry, such as public or professional service sectors.
- Current drivers licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
- Available to work after hours and weekends as required.
