LiveLife Alarms

New South Wales

As Australia's leading provider of mobile personal alarms, we empower older Australians, and their loved ones, to live life with independence and peace of mind. Our innovative technology supports thousands of customers across Australia, New Zealand and Canada, providing safety, connection and reassurance when it matters most.

Behind every device is a person whose independence has been preserved. That's why our team comes to work every day with a shared sense of purpose - helping people live the life they deserve.

About the Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we’re undertaking a range of important internal projects across the business — and we’re looking for a Project Support Officer to help bring these initiatives to life.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be updating spreadsheets and filing documents. You'll have the prospect to work across a variety of internal projects, collaborate with senior leaders and gain exposure to how different parts of a growing business come together.

You'll be joining a business where the work we do has a genuine impact on people's lives — and where your ability to bring organisation, structure and follow-through to our projects will make a real difference.

We’re also open to part-time hours for the right person, so if you're looking for flexibility and believe you can make a meaningful contribution in a part time capacity, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal projects across the business
- Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, risk registers, status reports and other key documentation

- Tracking milestones, deliverables and actions to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Working with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate inputs and keep activities moving
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and project updates for the Leadership Team
- Maintaining accurate and organised project records and correspondence
- Assisting with change management and communication activities when projects are implemented
- Identifying opportunities to improve the way we manage and support projects, including templates, tools and processes
- Providing general project and coordination support as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and naturally enjoys bringing structure to things.

You might already have experience in project administration, project coordination, business administration, PMO support or a similar role. Alternatively, you may be an experienced administrator who is ready to step into a role with greater project exposure.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who:

- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work
- Can confidently coordinate tasks, follow up actions and keep projects moving

- Communicates clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
- Is comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, presentations and project documentation
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Understands the basics of project management and how projects move from planning through to delivery
- Is proactive — you don't wait to be asked if you can see something that needs doing
- Can anticipate potential issues and knows when to raise them
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to successful outcomes

Why Join LiveLife Alarms?

- Hybrid work to support work/life balance
- Access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Program, ensuring comprehensive support for our team members' well-being.
- Bright, modern, and spacious offices equipped with excellent staff facilities and complimentary parking just steps away.
- A supportive work setting that celebrates the milestones of both our team members and the company as a whole.

Next Steps
