Job Description

Bupa is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager at our Blacktown GP Super Clinic. This role supports the Practice Manager, leads a close-knit team, and helps drive daily operations and patient care in a busy clinical setting.

You'll contribute to recruitment, rostering, performance reviews and financial oversight while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team development. Based in Blacktown, the role offers a full-time (38 hours/week) schedule Monday to Friday with solid
