CRS is recruiting an experienced Civil Supervisor for a permanent residential position based in Townsville. This is not FIFO. Travel will be required when projects call for it.
The role involves leading crews, coordinating projects, solving problems and keeping the job moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include project preparation and delivery, supervision of operators and project resources, client liaison, safety and quality, tender support, procurement, reporting and plant coordination.
You will get our attention if you have:
- Around 10 years road and civil construction experience
- Strong knowledge of road reconstruction machinery
- Experience supervising operators and project crews
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Confidence dealing with clients, crews and management
- Positive computer skills: Word, Excel and Project
- Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision highly regarded
