- Follow Baskin-Robbins training and systems
- Maintain a culture where our guests are our priority
- Ensure all guests receive friendly and efficient service
- Develop strong relationships with all team members
- Ensure each shift is run as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Ensure food protected practices are always followed.
- Customer service
