As our Product Analyst - TechnologyOne, you will support the ongoing improvement and delivery of Council's enterprise resource planning platform and related digital services.

Working closely with business units, subject matter experts and technical teams, you will translate service and operational needs into clear requirements and practical system improvements. You will document processes, prepare user stories and acceptance criteria, support workflow improvements, and assist with backlog and delivery activities.

You will also coordinate user acceptance testing, document defects, validate fixes and help prepare systems and users for upcoming releases. Through clear documentation, training resources and ongoing stakeholder support, you will help ensure Council's ERP services remain effective, reliable and responsive to organisational needs.

Through explicit documentation, training resources and ongoing stakeholder support, you will help ensure Council's ERP services remain effective, reliable and responsive to organisational needs.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in business, customer experience,



product management, digital services or information systems, or have an equivalent combination of relevant education, training and workplace experience.

You will also bring:

- Experience supporting an ERP system, enterprise platform, business system or digital service
- The ability to gather and document business and system requirements, map processes and prepare user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting system testing, releases, implementation or continuous improvement activities
- The ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, vendors and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation and follow through on agreed actions.

Experience with Technology One or a similar ERP platform, or within local government, the public sector or another regulated environment, will be highly regarded.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, permanent role working a 35-hour week, with a base salary range of $94,812 to $105,241 per year + 12% super.
