Working closely with the Farm Manager, you'll oversee and mentor a dedicated team across various farm duties, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and farming practices are maintained. You'll enjoy a 10-day fortnight schedule, providing a balanced work-life rhythm.

What You'll Do

- Leading, supervising, and mentoring a team.
- Organising daily work schedules.
- Ensuring high standards of animal welfare for maximum production efficiency.
- Collaborating with the team to enhance productivity.
- Adhering to GMP & HACCP protocols.
- Demonstrating passion, enthusiasm, and a "hands-on" approach.
- Flexibility in managing production and roster changes.
- Ensuring a safe workplace.

What Skills And Attributes You Require

- Previous experience in poultry or animal welfare desirable
- Forklift license or willingness to acquire it
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams
- General maintenance skills highly regarded
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
