Front of House Staff — New Japanese Restaurant, Fish Lane

Nitō is a current Japanese grill opening in Fish Lane, South Brisbane, from the team behind Clarence.

We're looking for experienced Front of House staff to join our opening team.

n

Nitō is a 60-seat restaurant built around Japanese cooking, Queensland produce, charcoal grilling, great wine, sake and highballs. The restaurant will be busy and energetic, but with a relaxed and thoughtful style of service.

We're looking for people who:

n

Have experience working in quality restaurants or bars

n

Are warm, confident and genuinely enjoy looking after people

n

Care about food, wine and hospitality

n

Are reliable, organised and work well as part of a small team

n





Want to learn and contribute to a new restaurant from the beginning

n

Knowledge of Japanese food, sake or wine is excellent, but not essential. We're much more interested in good hospitality people who are curious and want to learn.
