Most reps give up on a lead the day it goes cold. We built an entire team around proving them wrong, and we need setters who are hungry enough to make it happen, one dial at a time.

About the role

This isn't a warm-lead, easy-yes desk. You'll be working historical leads, dead reschedules, and previously unconverted opportunities, the leads everyone else has written off. Every call is a comeback story you have to write yourself. You report to the Team Leader – Aged Data, and your number is booked appointments that actually sit and convert, not just dials made.

What you'll be doing

- Work aged and previously unconverted lead lists in priority order, all day, every day

- Follow the approved Aged Script and Bill Compounder process to reopen conversations leads have already said no to once

- Book appointments that meet the five non-negotiables: bill size and pain, the 60 to 90 minute appointment, double-party attendance, correct customer details, and clearly explained next steps





- Keep your CRM and dialler notes accurate and up to date so nothing gets missed or double-worked

- Take the coaching, apply it on the next call, and keep pushing your own numbers up

What we're looking for

- Someone who's done cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales and actually enjoyed it

- Competitive by nature. You want your name at the top of the board

- Thick-skinned. A "no" doesn't slow you down; it's just the call before the "yes"

- Comfortable following a script while still sounding like a person, not a robot

- Sharp enough with CRM and dialler data to keep your own numbers honest
