About the role

Join CALHN as a Speech Pathologist and make a meaningful difference for people living with complex brain or spinal cord injuries. As part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you’ll deliver specialised speech pathology services that help clients maximise their independence, participation and quality of life.

You’ll also play an significant role in building the capability of the wider team, providing clinical support and guidance to developing speech pathologists and students. Contribute your expertise to education, quality improvement, service planning and development while helping shape high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation care.

About You

Bring your clinical expertise, sound judgement and collaborative approach to a rewarding rehabilitation setting. To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a degree eligible for full Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Bring speech pathology skills supporting adults with neurological disorders
- Manage complex clinical situations with sound judgement and initiative
- Communicate effectively, prioritise care and work within interdisciplinary teams
