This is a career-defining opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team of Protech and lead our Western Australian business through its next phase of growth, scale and market leadership.

Based in Perth and reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will take ownership of one of Protech's most strategically important regions, leading a large and diverse workforce services operation across mining, construction, rail, infrastructure and traffic management.

n

This role is about much more than operational management. We are seeking an influential executive who can accelerate growth, deepen client partnerships, inspire high-performing teams and strengthen Protech's position as the workforce services partner of choice across Western Australia.

You will be entrusted with a significant growth mandate and empowered to shape strategy, build capability and drive long-term value creation for our clients, employees and shareholders.

The Opportunity

n

As Executive General Manager - WA, you will have full accountability for the performance, growth and leadership of Protech's Western Australian operations. Being a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in determining the future direction of the business while leading a geographically diverse team united by a commitment to safety, excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will be expected to:

- Develop and execute ambitious growth strategies that expand market share and profitability across Western Australia

- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with major clients and industry stakeholders
n
- Identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities across mining, infrastructure, energy,



rail and construction sectors
n
- Lead large, high-performing teams while attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent
n
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes through disciplined leadership and operational excellence
n
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement
n
- Represent Protech at industry forums, client engagements and key stakeholder events
n
- Contribute to corporate strategy and decision-making as a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team
n
- Drive integration, transformation and organisational capability initiatives that position the business for sustained growth

About You

You are a commercially astute executive who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. You thrive in growth environments, enjoy building meaningful relationships and have a demonstrated ability to inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

You will bring:

- A proven executive leadership track record within workforce services, labour hire, recruitment, contracting or a related sector
n
- Demonstrated success leading substantial business units and delivering sustained revenue and profit growth
n
- Deep understanding of the Western Australian market and an established network across major industry sectors
n




- Strong business development capability and the credibility to engage with senior client stakeholders

- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building high-performance cultures

- Sound commercial judgement, financial acumen and operational leadership capability
