About the Role
We have part-time outbound calling positions available within our small, welcoming call centre.
Your role will involve:
- Calling new and existing residential customers
- Booking in carpet cleaning upholstery cleaning and pest control services
- Using simple computer systems (full training provided)
- No previous experience? No problem — we provide full paid training and ongoing support.
- Friendly, confident and enjoy chatting with people
- Reliable and looking for long‑term, stable work
- Basic computer skills
- A positive attitude and positive sense of humour
Flexible Hours to Suit You
- Between 16–30 hours per week
- Shifts available between 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Ideal for working around school hours or a relaxed work‑life balance
