Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.

- Supervise and coach retail associates to enhance sales performance and customer service.

- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment activities.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, such as Key Holder or Assistant Manager.

- Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management procedures.
