This role is essential for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across various financial transactions and platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor real-time transaction data to identify and flag potentially fraudulent activities.

- Investigate suspected fraud cases, gather evidence, and document findings thoroughly.

- Utilize fraud detection tools and analytical techniques to assess risk and identify emerging fraud trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, operations) and external agencies to resolve fraud cases.

- Develop and recommend improvements to fraud prevention strategies and systems.

- Prepare regular reports on fraud trends, detection rates, and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminology, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or a similar role within the financial or e-commerce industry.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with SQL is advantageous.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and case management.
