Job Description

n

Due to continued growth and operational needs, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the finance team on a part-time basis.

n

- Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
n
- Managing electronic banking and payment platforms
n
- Maintaining supplier accounts and completing reconciliations
n
- Responding to supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
- Processing receipts and maintaining debtor records
n
- Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
n




- Assisting with month-end reporting processes
n
- Maintaining financial records and supporting documentation
n
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
n
- Assisting with continuous improvement of financial and administrative systems
n
- Providing broader administrative support as required
n

The Successful Applicant

n

n
- Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience
n
- Experience using accounting systems and electronic banking platforms
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
