GRC Civil is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate HSE Advisor to join our team based at our Bells Creek Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Work Health & Safety within the civil construction industry.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have come from a trade background or civil construction environment and have recently completed, or are currently completing, a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. If you're passionate about safety, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real impact on major infrastructure projects, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced HSE professionals, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of civil construction projects throughout South East Queensland. You will assist project teams with implementing safety systems, conducting inspections, engaging with workers, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project teams in maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures.

- Assist with site inspections, audits, and workplace observations.





- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action management.

- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.

- Assist with SWMS reviews and risk assessments.

- Help maintain HSE records and reporting requirements.

- Promote positive safety behaviours across our projects.

- Build solid relationships with operational teams, supervisors, and workers.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (completed or near completion).

- Previous experience in a trade, civil construction, or infrastructure environment.

- A genuine interest in developing a career in Work Health & Safety.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Current Driver's Licence.

- Construction White Card.
