Who are we looking for?

- Previous experience managing acommercial or industrial property portfolio.
n
- Strong understanding of day to dayproperty management, including tenant liaison, contractor management,maintenance coordination and lease administration.

- Demonstrated experience preparingbudgets, monitoring expenditure and providing accurate financial reporting.
n
- Strong stakeholder managementskills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships withclients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.

We are looking for a CommercialProperty Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across South EastQueensland.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Manage the day to day operationsof a industrial and commercial property portfolio across South East Queensland.
n
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
n
- Lead and support facilitiesmanagement activities, working closely with Facilities Managers and the broadersupport team.
n
- Oversee property budgets,reporting, maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
n
- Conduct regular site inspectionsand ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering robust outcomes.
n
- Identify opportunities to enhanceasset performance and deliver value for clients.
