About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Paralegal / Secretary to join a well-regarded law firm on the Gold Coast. You will play a key role supporting a high-performing litigation team, working alongside senior lawyers and a collaborative support team.

n

This role offers real variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to complex, high-quality litigation matters.

What You will Be Doing:

n

- Supporting a talented Partner and senior lawyers across a wide range of litigation matters
n
- Drafting and preparing court documents, briefs, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Managing files and documentation across multiple matters
n
- Conducting legal research and assisting with trial preparation
n




- Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders
n
- Managing deadlines and helping ensure a seamless litigation process
n

What We are Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal / Secretary is essential
n
- A proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of your work
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
