Help at Hand Support Services in Current South Wales is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and make a difference in the lives of people with a disability. You will provide person-centred support, with daily routines varying from community outings to appointments and home-based companionship.

You must have your own insured vehicle, a police check within 6 months, Cert III in Disability or above, Working with Children check, current First Aid/CPR, a full clean Australian
